Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming emails, messages, and inquiries with promptness and accuracy
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and managing rentals.
- Assist with clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, and managing office supplies
Requirement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace application
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems and calendar management.
