Refurnish is seeking a highly organized, motivated Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support our Warehouse Manager and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our furniture staging and logistics business.
This role is as much about leading people as it is about managing product. You will be directly responsible for guiding, motivating, and holding your team accountable-setting the tone for how work gets done on the floor every day. Responsibilities
- Directly supervise warehouse team members during daily operations, including receiving, order pulls, staging preparation, and load-out.
- Provide real-time coaching and feedback to ensure work is completed correctly and safely.
- Partner with the Warehouse Manager to address performance issues, recognize strong contributors, and support team development.
- Oversee the receiving process for incoming furniture from destages and returns, ensuring items are properly inspected and documented for damage.
- Assist with daily order pulls and staging preparation.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure all items are picked, loaded, and delivered correctly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory, deliveries, and order changes.
- Assist with quality control to ensure furniture meets company standards.
- Support the Warehouse Manager with special projects and operational improvements.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
