Pizza Pie on the Fly is looking for a motivated, dependable, and strong leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager At our Watford City location!
We’re searching for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while supporting team development and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met
- Help manage scheduling and shift coverage
- Train and mentor employees
- Handle customer concerns professionally
- Support inventory control and store organization
- Step in as acting manager when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation is required
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
