- Project coordination, with an emphasis on deadline-driven tasks and milestones
- Strategic & dynamic task prioritization, mindful of client needs, vendor operation hours, shipping cutoffs, employee coverage, etc.
- Meticulous and organized note-taking of important action items and discussion points garnered from observation of in-person and online client and vendor communications
- Streamlining, systemizing, and documenting procedures and templates for repetitive tasks and workflows
- Monitoring all channels of communication with vendors and clients (email, text, phone, etc.)
- Coordinating with all team members including sales, inventory, procurement, accounting, operations, and marketing with clear and constant communication
- Interacting with vendors and clientele with the utmost professionalism, while deeply listening and always keeping the goals of the boutique top-of-mind
- Efficient and functional organization of physical & digital materials
- Performing all of the above tasks and more in a fast-paced environment with speed, efficiency, a positive demeanor, and poise

Hours:
Our shifts are scheduled within the hours of 9 am and 9 pm, with occasional earlier or later shifts for meetings or special events. Shifts are 8 to 9 hours long, but can sometimes be 10 to 12 hours long on an event day, with overtime pay. Days worked are Tuesday through Saturday, with a handful of occasional Sundays and Mondays throughout the year for special projects.
Additional Qualifications:
- Over 18 years of age (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- College coursework (preferred)
- Ability to sit stand for prolonged periods of time, stand for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30lbs (required)
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or other service industries (a plus)
- Familiarity with Mac operating systems (preferred)
- Open availability weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays (required)
Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
