Manager, Administration Manager
The Division of Surgical Oncology is seeking a visionary and experienced healthcare operational leader to serve as the Administration Management Manager to lead the division. This high-impact, highly visible role provides full administrative oversight of the division.
This position reports directly to the Division Chief of Surgical Oncology and will oversee an administrative supervisor who leads a team of administrative assistants. In this role, the Administration Management Manager will lead strategic planning, operational execution, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment, continuity, and innovation in vascular care.
About the Division
The Division of Surgical Oncology includes Complex General Surgical Oncology, Breast Surgery, Melanoma, Gastrointestinal, Colorectal, Peritoneal, Advanced Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary (AHPB) and Endocrine Surgery. This division works closely with the Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) and together, they lead robust clinical, research, and education programs that serve patients across the region. Minimum Qualifications
EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor’s degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).
Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:
Manager, Administration Management: Requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) + 6 years or a master’s (or equivalency) + 4 years of directly related work experience.
