Job Title: Flex Operations Supervisor - must be able to travel locally between accounts.
Salary: $55k (weekly pay, pay advance before pay day, free uniforms, great benefits!)
Requirements:
- Valid PA or NJ Driver's License
- Ability to travel to account sites in Philadelphia, Bala Cynwyd & Camden.
- Must be able to work flex shifts on 1st and 2nd as needed.
- 3+ years experience managing a team of up to 15 people
- Experience in groundskeeping/landscaping/cleaning and using small power tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Specific daily responsibilities of the Flex Operations Supervisor may include:
- Coordinate recruitment and selection of candidates. Onboarding and training of all new Ambassadors. Create a culture that would make everyone want to join your team!
- Continual adjustments to the deployment of resources to match changing needs. This includes resources of the "human kind." Basically, redeploy according to daily needs.
- Continual problem identification and solving to improve the quality of the program. Problem-solving is a very big part of what we do. (We need an innovator to lead our team.)
- Purchasing and inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Reporting outcomes through a variety of reporting channels (This means spreadsheets, Kronos, Timekeeping, Budgets...you get the idea.)
- Hands-on working manager in the field to provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous training on standard policies and procedures.
