Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in office management, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 5-6 hours day M-F, splitting time in office and remote.
Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment
- Manage scheduling, quoting and calendar for team members
- Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Provide front desk support, including handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism
- Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective team management
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
- Familiarity with Quickbooks Online a plus
- Strong background in schedule management
- Experience in supervising small teams
- Proficient in budgeting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience in office management and daily operations.
- Knowledge of filing systems, calendar management, and phone etiquette
