Stone Island is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Client Advisor for our store in Miami, FL.
As a Client Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding each Client with authenticity and enthusiasm through the values and heritage of Stone Island. By deepening your connection with each Client and offering honest, tailored advice, you will contribute to building and nurturing the Stone Island Community.
Responsibilities
- Support customers throughout their in-store experience, ensuring a personalized and engaging journey.
- Act as a point of reference in the store, cultivating lasting relationships with Clients.
- Represent the brand with passion, contributing to the store’s atmosphere and community.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales roles within the Fashion Retail or Hospitality sectors, with a preference for candidates with Luxury or Contemporary Retail experience.
- Interest in or studies related to the fashion industry.
- Strong commercial and Client Service mentality.
- Excellent communication skills; additional language skills are a plus.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Visual Merchandising experience or operational knowledge is highly valued.
