Family Law Paralegal

Compensation: $60,000 - $95,000 per year, plus bonus opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Docket and monitor case deadlines
- Manage attorney calendars
- Schedule meditations, hearings, and other case events
- Draft pleadings, correspondence, and other case-related documents
- E-file pleadings and court documents
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and other professionals
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial disclosures and discovery requests/responses
- Assist with hearing and trial preparation
- Maintain organized electronic files in a paperless environment
- Support attorneys in managing active family law caseloads
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of family law paralegal experience
- Strong familiarity with family law procedures, deadlines, rules, and statutes
- Excellent drafting and legal writing skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and support multiple attorneys
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, paperless environment
Schedule and Work Arrangement
This is a full-time position based in our Greenwood Village office. A hybrid schedule may be available after approximately 90 days, depending on training progress and performance.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience, skill level, and qualifications. This position also offers bonus potential, 15 days of PTO, paid holidays, and fully paid employee health insurance.
