As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will:
- Work alongside the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure quality resident care is consistently delivered in accordance with all local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy, and other medical professionals to promote quality care and independence for our residents.
- Conduct comprehensive resident pre-admission, admission, and quarterly assessments.
- Ensure compliance, efficiency, and the team's understanding of policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited college.
- LTC/SNF experience preferred.
- Passion for serving seniors.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
