What will you do as Experienced Roofing Sales Closer?
- Knock doors or follow leads in storm-damaged areas, identify hail/wind damage, and walk homeowners through the insurance claim process.
- Conduct on-site roof inspections (climb or guide), build instant trust, handle objections, and close deals the same day.
- Pivot to retail sales when insurance doesn't cover, create urgency, and secure signed contracts on the spot.
- Work with insurance adjusters, use CRMs like JobNimbus or AccuLynx, and leverage financing options to maximize close rates.
- Operate in a 100% commission environment (25% of profit) with full accountability for your revenue production.

What are we looking for?
- 2+ years closing deals in-home or face-to-face, specifically in roofing or insurance restoration.
- Preferably Haag Certified
- Proven track record generating $300K–$1M+ in personal annual sales with specific numbers on average deal size, close rate, and monthly income.
- Deep understanding of storm damage identification, walking homeowners through claims, working with adjusters, and pivoting to retail sales.
- Field experience: comfortable inspecting/climbing roofs, identifying hail/wind/aging damage, building trust quickly, and handling objections on the spot.
- One-call closer mentality with a structured process for creating urgency, asking for the sale, and overcoming hesitation without needing manager approval.
- Psychological fit: high urgency, competitive, emotionally resilient, financially motivated. Comfortable with 100% commission and performance accountability.
- Own vehicle, experience with CRMs (JobNimbus, AccuLynx), financing knowledge.
