About Us:
The Peaceful Side and Apple Valley kitchens are fast-casual restaurants dedicated to serving fresh, high-quality meals with consistency and care. We are welcoming motivated, dependable Line Cooks to join our back-of-house team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in preparing locally sourced ingredients into recipes with the highest standards, we’d love to have you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and create open hearth pizzas according to recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift, open and close your station.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Work as part of a team to ensure timely and accurate service
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory management as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous kitchen or line cook experience at least one year of relatable experience is preferred in a pizza oven setting (fast-casual or full-service)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
