Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Clinton County, Madison County and St. Clair County
Job Type: Part time; full shift
Availability: 3-4 days per week; full shift (8am-4pm)
Reports To: Owner/General Manager

You’ll also mentor and support our staff, provide hands-on training, and serve as the go-to person for maintaining quality and consistency across all jobs. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of cleaners on residential and/or commercial cleaning projects
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, efficiently, and within scheduled timeframes
- Conduct quality checks and promptly correct any issues to maintain consistency
- Train, mentor, and onboard new team members in alignment with company standards
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with both clients and team members
- Track cleaning supplies and equipment and report restocking or maintenance needs
- Ensure company tools and equipment are used properly and cared for responsibly
- Model strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism for the team
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning (required)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to give and receive feedback in a professional, respectful manner
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Comfortable using apps or technology for scheduling and communication
- Able to pass a background check
- Management or leadership experience is not required for this role—we provide the training and support needed to succeed. Previous leadership or management experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periods
- Willingness to travel to multiple job sites throughout the day
