Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a fully remote capacity, providing expert behavioral services across diverse settings. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while making a meaningful impact on individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and support families and caregivers to promote positive behavioral outcomes. Your expertise will help improve quality of life for children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders through evidence-based practices rooted in applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments and functional analyses to identify strengths and areas for growth in clients with autism and other disabilities
- Develop, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans based on data collection and client needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to inform intervention strategies and track progress over time
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to behavior change, maintaining accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide training, supervision, and ongoing support to behavior technicians and caregivers working with clients in home-based or community settings
- Coordinate intake processes for new clients, including initial assessments and development of personalized care plans
- Support clients’ progress through behavioral health interventions tailored to neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorders
Skills
- Extensive experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorders
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessment methods
- Proficiency in data collection tools, medical terminology, and maintaining detailed medical records
- Ability to perform behavioral psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations effectively
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of patient information
- Previous home-based behavioral experience is highly desirable for understanding diverse client environments
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and educational teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality patient care
