As Maintenance Crew Manager, you own the day-to-day field execution of one C+I Services maintenance crew during the maintenance season. You turn the daily plan into safe, organized, high-quality work by leading your crew, protecting client properties, managing equipment and materials, and making sure full-service maintenance work is completed the right way, on time, and to C+I standards.
This position also includes winter snow removal services. Qualified candidates must be available for on-call shifts during the winter months. Snow removal work is compensated at a separate hourly rate from standard landscaping services. The winter rate is based on experience and will be discussed further during the interview process.

Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on job sites to ensure high-quality work and efficient project completion

Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including planting, mulching, pruning, and general grounds care (mowing, spring/fall cleanups, aeration, fertilzation, weeding, etc)

Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Support the training and development of crew members

Maintain a clean and organized work environment (equipment, vehicles, tools)

Utilize mobile applications including LMN and LeanScaper to track daily progress, punch crew members in and out, log materials used, and input relevant site and job information to ensure accurate and up-to-date project records

Adapt to changing project requirements, weather condition, and shifting priorities as directed

Proven field experience in landscape maintenance

Ability to lead one crew through daily route or schedule execution

Strong working knowledge of full-service landscape maintenance standards

Ability to coach crew members while still moving the workday forward

Strong safety habits and the judgment to stop unsafe work

Ability to manage trucks, trailers, tools, and maintenance equipment responsibly

Ability to spot quality misses and correct them before leaving the site

Ability to track labor, progress, and issues accurately in LMN by Granum

Ability to communicate clearly with the Supervisor, teammates, and clients when needed

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Trailer backing and towing proficiency

Bilingual English/Spanish communication ability, if helpful for your crews

Ability to perform physical outdoor work in heat, rain, and changing seasonal conditions
Offered compensation: $23/hr - $27/hr
