The Crossings at Riverchase is a premier senior living community dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home from day one. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Move-In Coordinator to help create a seamless and memorable transition for new residents and their families.

As the Move-In Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring every resident's move into our community is smooth, organized, and stress-free.
Responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain move-in checklists, schedules, and calendars to ensure a seamless admission process.

Coordinate move-in logistics with new residents, families, moving companies, utility providers, and internal departments.

Assemble welcome packets and admission documentation for incoming residents.

Meet with new residents and families to review required paperwork, community information, fees, and resident handbook, ensuring all documents are completed and signatures obtained.

Track and communicate move-in dates with department directors and other team members, updating schedules as needed.

Provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, including updating sales materials, preparing correspondence, and maintaining marketing documents.

Assist the Administration Department by providing front desk/concierge coverage during breaks and lunches.

Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive move-in experience for every resident and family.

Perform other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Minimum of two (2) years of administrative, customer service, sales support, hospitality, or related experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.

Valid driver's license and current automobile liability insurance if using a personal vehicle for marketing-related travel.

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, climb stairs, and lift up to 15 pounds unassisted throughout the workday.
