Full time Available split between Turtle Lake DQ
Duties:
- Make and decorate Ice cream cakes
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Fulfill Customer special order in a timely manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
-Monitor sales in comparison to previous years
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Cake Decorating preferred
- Self motivated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in basic Computer skills like emailing and printing documents.
- Flexible schedule.
