Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in person and remote IT support.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of computer systems and peripherals.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Document technical issues and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
