Riverlea is hiring reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to individuals who need assistance with daily activities.
Whether you have years of caregiving experience or are looking to get started in the field, we want to hear from you.
Locations include (but not limited to): Northampton, Easthampton, West Springfield, Amherst, Deerfield, Granby, Belchertown, Greenfield, Ware, Westfield, Springfield, Agawam, Holyoke, Florence.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with personal care and daily activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
- Assist with mobility and transfers when appropriate
- Provide medication reminders
- Assist with errands and appointments when needed
- Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Document services provided and communicate important client updates
We’re Looking For People Who Are
- Dependable and responsible
- Compassionate and patient
- Comfortable working independently
- Good communicators
- Respectful of clients’ privacy and dignity
- Available for at least some evening or weekend shifts
Previous CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver, home health, or assisted-living experience is a plus, but training may be available for qualified candidates.

Requirements
- Must be able to pass a required background checks
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
