Position
We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist who can independently program, set up, and operate Haas CNC lathes.
You will machine a wide variety of custom components from materials including:
- Aluminum
- Carbon Steel
- Stainless Steel
- Plastics
- Inconel
- Other specialty alloys
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate Haas CNC lathes
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Create programs using CAM software or program directly at the machine
- Select tooling and determine machining processes
- Perform first-article and in-process inspections
- Maintain tight tolerances and produce quality parts
- Work efficiently while meeting customer deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
- 2-5 years of CNC programming experience
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience with Haas controls
- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, feeds, and speeds
- Experience with Haas probing systems (tool and work probing)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Personal laptop for programming
- Personal toolbox with setup and inspection tools
Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- CAD drafting and print creation
- 4th-axis programming
- Manual machining experience
- CNC milling programming
- Multi-machine setup experience

Pay: $25.00 - $42.00 per hour
