Job purpose
The Quality Control Technician is integral to our manufacturing facility. The QC Tech will ensure all products meet customer requirements and maintain AS9100D standards.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Complete inspection planning.
2. Complete first article inspections in accordance with AS9102
3. Facilitate new product integration in the production environment
4. Facilitate product verification activities in the production environment
5. Complete inspection reports
6. Perform first part, in-process, and final inspection operations
7. Facilitate calibration of inspection equipment
8. Facilitate root cause corrective action activities.
9. Accurately complete manufacturing and inspection documentation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Skilled in Microsoft office suite
2. Competent in the dimensional inspection of detail parts and assemblies
3. Understanding the application of GD&T
4. Detail oriented
5. Effective communication, both written and verbally
6. Cooperativeness – ability to work well with others
7. Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
Qualifications
· High School diploma/GED and/or years of equivalent education
CMM experience a plus
Working conditions:
The Quality Control Technician will be working in the quality assurance department, machine shop and molding environment.
Hiring for either the main facility in Liberty Lake or our new office in Post Falls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
