Form-Up Foundations is a fast-growing concrete construction company looking to hire self-motivated, experienced form carpenters / finishers. Candidate must be willing to travel approximately 60 miles from our shop as most of our work is in Eastern MA and Southern NH. Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with Foreman on daily goals
- Place and finish concrete
- Provide direction to laborers on tasks to be completed
- Assist in teaching laborers the concrete trade

License or certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- Mass Hoisting License (Preferred)
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in concrete construction
- Extensive knowledge of power tools
- Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
- Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
- Knowledge in floating, finishing and leveling concrete
