Job Overview (Part-Time position)
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Specialist to join our supply chain operations team. In this vital role, you will ensure the efficient flow of products from receipt through shipment while maintaining accurate inventory and customer records. This position coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, processes customer orders, manages inventory transactions, and supports order fulfilment to ensure customers receive their product accurately and on time. The role also provides exceptional customer service, assists with customer account maintenance, and supports limited accounts receivable functions. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory area operations including stocking, shipping & receiving, materials handling, and warehouse management to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining customer accounts.
- Coordinate transportation planning and logistics management to optimize delivery schedules and costs.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic physical inventory; reconcile count results to system balances.
- Ensure orders are processed and shipped on time.
Skills
- Ability and willingness to help pull, pack, and ship orders as needed.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Working knowledge of Quickbooks desktop.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and solid organization skills.
- Experience in a product-based business.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift boxes up to 30 lbs.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
