About the Role:
Turning Minds Counseling Profession is looking for a compassionate and skilled Psychotherapist to join our growing team in Wilmington, DE. Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, referring providers, and community resources
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary
- Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Active licensure or eligibility for licensure in Delaware (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience providing psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based approaches
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic, culturally competent, and client-centered approach to care
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and manage a diverse caseload
