Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Esthetician to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty treatments that enhance our clients' confidence and well-being. Your expertise in esthetic services, combined with your passion for customer care, will create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and pampered. You will be responsible for performing a variety of skincare procedures, recommending personalized treatments, and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Provide professional skincare services including spa facials, micro-dermabrasion, chemical peels and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care
- Perform body waxing
- Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and conducting product demos to enhance client results
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and ensure all equipment is properly sterilized following health regulations
- Engage in social media management to promote services, share client success stories, and grow our community presence
- Deliver excellent guest services by listening attentively to client concerns, offering personalized solutions, and upselling appropriate treatments or products
- Assist at the front desk with check-ins, appointment confirmations, and answering client inquiries in a friendly manner
- Stay current on industry trends and new esthetic technologies to provide innovative services
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar skincare or beauty role within a med spa or salon environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with social media management for marketing purposes is advantageous
- Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required; additional certifications in dermabrasion, chemical peels and body waxing is a plus
- Experience with retail sales strategies and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities
