ABOUT THE POSITION
Take your evenings back. Over ten years we've built and refined a practice system designed around one idea: that your energy belongs with your patients, not your paperwork. Every tool, process, and workflow we use exists to minimize the administrative weight that keeps most physicians working after they go home.
Here's what a typical day looks like: You arrive to a clinic that's already humming. Your PCC team comes in before you do — phones answered, schedule confirmed, labs pulled, documents filed and ready. Your team works quietly in the background so nothing falls through the cracks. Mornings at Elevate have a calm to them despite the full schedule ahead — there's usually time for a quick conversation with a colleague about a case or just about life before the day takes over. By lunch everyone's in their rhythm, heads down and focused. As the afternoon winds down the energy shifts again — a question gets answered in the hallway, someone thinks out loud about a patient, and the day closes the way it opened: a team that genuinely loves working together.
Bi-monthly grand rounds keep everyone connected and sharp. It's part case review, part systems check, part community — colleagues share what they need support on, talk through referral networks, and sometimes hear from guests in the community about what they do and how we can work together better.
And through all of it, our Medical Director is actively in the mix — not in the background. She's working with your PCC team to make sure you have what you need, stepping in when a case is complex, helping navigate a frustrated patient, or tracking down a new tool to save you time. Whatever you need, she's there. Immediately start seeing patients from day one — our waitlist means your schedule fills immediately.
Your patients are engaged, motivated members who chose this model because they're committed to their health. Montana's broad scope of practice means you'll use everything you trained for — prescribing, procedures, hormone therapies, functional lab interpretation. And five experienced ND colleagues mean you're never thinking through a hard case or approaching a difficult situation alone.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a skilled, collaborative physician who is as excited about practicing medicine as they are about being part of something special.
- Licensed naturopathic doctor (ND degree required)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Montana
- 3+ years of clinical experience post-graduation
- Strong foundation in functional and integrative medicine
- Comfort with prescribing hormone therapies (internal training available)
- Collaborative by nature — you thrive as part of a team
- High clinical standards with a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Genuine interest in building a life in Bozeman, Montana
