Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, and email, providing clear and accurate information about insurance policies and coverage options
- Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing,
- Conduct needs analysis to identify suitable insurance products, leveraging analysis skills to recommend tailored solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is highly desirable, especially within the insurance or telemarketing sectors
- Strong communication skills to effectively serve diverse client populations
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
