Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess their home improvement and exterior renovation needs.
- Conduct in-home consultations and sales presentations.
- Present customized solutions for exterior home improvement projects.
- Prepare estimates, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records using Builder Prime CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work closely with operations and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of successful in-home sales experience.
- Experience in home improvement, roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, decking, fencing, insurance restoration, solar, or related industries preferred.
- Strong closing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
