What You'll Do
- Lead shifts and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Assist with hiring, training, and developing crew members.
- Ensure every pizza meets Little Caesars quality standards.
- Manage food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant operations.
- Help control labor, food costs, and inventory.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
- Open and close the restaurant while maintaining company standards.
- Create a positive, accountable, and fun work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant, retail, or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to lead by example.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for developing others and providing excellent customer service.
