Job Overview
At MCMILLANCO, we don’t run a warehouse—we run an operation.
We’re hiring Production Associates for both 1st and 2nd shift as we continue to scale production.
This role sits at the center of our blending, packaging, and fulfillment operation. You will be on the floor, moving product, running equipment, and keeping production flowing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in execution, moves with urgency, and understands that throughput = success.
Shift Availability
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, daytime hours
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, evening/early morning hours (shift premium)
We run 4-day work weeks (4/10s)—longer days, but built-in 3-day weekends.
Overtime is available based on production demand, including Fridays and occasional extended shifts.
What You’ll Do (Daily Execution)
- Operate blending, packaging, and sealing equipment to produce quality products according to established procedures.
- Weigh, fill, label, and package products accurately to meet customer and quality specifications.
- Prepare finished goods for shipment, including boxing, palletizing, and staging materials.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and work areas to ensure food safety and operational efficiency.
- Perform quality checks and complete required production and inventory documentation.
- Assist with material handling, inventory management, and loading/unloading of materials and finished goods.
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and assist with training new employees as needed.
