Position Purpose: The MRO Coordinator is responsible for managing the procurement, inventory, and availability of maintenance, repair, and operating supplies required to support facility and production operations. This role ensures materials are available when needed, cost-effective, and properly tracked to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
· Works safely at all times.
· Coordinate procurement of MRO parts, tools, and supplies to support maintenance and operational needs
· Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring critical spare parts are stocked while minimizing excess
· Monitor usage trends and forecast future MRO requirements
· Work closely with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to identify needs and prioritize orders
· Source vendors, negotiate pricing, and manage supplier relationships
· Track orders, deliveries, and inventory through ERP or inventory management systems
· Ensure timely replenishment of consumables and critical spare parts
· Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
· Maintain organized storage areas for easy access and compliance with safety standards
· Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives related to MRO purchasing
· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
· Performance Metrics (KPIs)
o Inventory accuracy rate
o Stockout frequency for critical parts
o Cost savings on MRO purchases
o Order fulfillment time
o Supplier performance and lead time adherence
· Support maintenance planning by ensuring parts availability for scheduled work
· Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively.

Position Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Supply Chain, Business, or related field)
· 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or maintenance support (industrial/manufacturing preferred)
· Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent communication and vendor management abilities
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook and Teams)
Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the key actions of the job:
· Required to talk and/or hear in an industrial setting (noise level is moderate). Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; climb or balance; kneel, crawl, stoop, or crouch.
· Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.
· Work is performed in an industrial-manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
