Job description:
Pay Structure: $16 - $25 per hour plus % in sales commissions.
Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team In a part-time and full-time position. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of skin care treatments and Non-Invasive Body Contouring technologies along with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beauty services in a welcoming environment as well as selling treatment packages while ensuring that each client leaves feeling satisfied . Your expertise in various treatments, products and sales will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality esthetic services including facials.
- Provide body contouring treatments using technologies such as Vaccum Radio-Frequency , Cryotherapy, Cavitation and EMS
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Engage in retail/package sales by recommending products and treatment packages that suit clients' needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills by addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
- Upsell services and products to enhance the overall client experience.
- Provide product demos to educate clients on the benefits of various skincare products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front desk operations and guest services.
Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required.
- Sales experience a plus.
- Experience in med spa settings is preferred; familiarity with esthetic body contouring treatment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is highly valued.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales is not required but highly valued.
