Job Description:
BoomRN is healthcare's open marketplace — and we're onboarding our first wave of Orange County CNAs right now.
This is a different model. You build your profile, propose your rate, and choose the shifts that fit your life — then facilities review profiles and send direct requests at the rate you set. You can also browse every open shift in your area and apply on your own. Two ways to get booked, both fully on your terms.
What you get:
- Propose your own rate — set what your time is worth and facilities decide if they want you at your price

What we're looking for:
- Active California CNA license in good standing
- Comfortable working in SNFs and assisted living facilities
- Reliable, professional, and ready to operate as a true independent professional
- Willing to carry your own COI (CNA policies typically run ~$60/year — our $100 loyalty credit covers your full first year with room to spare)
