We are seeking a motivated, high-energy Residential Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing Pensacola team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to earn six figures through uncapped commissions while working with a company that provides strong operational support, advanced technology, and a trusted brand.
What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify roofing needs
- Present roofing solutions and educate customers on products, processes, and financing options
- Generate self-sourced opportunities through networking, referrals, canvassing, and community engagement
- Follow up on company-generated leads and appointments
- Prepare and deliver professional estimates and proposals
- Guide customers through the sales process from inspection to contract signing
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Represent Action Roofing professionally in the community
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred
- Roofing, home improvement, construction, restoration, or related sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
- Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
