Overview:
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce office manager to join our team. The role is responsible for overseeing the online sales strategies and daily operations of our e-commerce platform, customer service, returns and order fulfillment. The role also involves product listing management; working with a small team of 4-7 employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
- Implement product price changes and pricing strategies
- Manage a customer service focused employee handling customer emails and returns
- Monitor website traffic, customer reviews, and product listings
- Create new product listings
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions
- Create and monitor ad campaigns on eBay, Amazon and google
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping processes
- Manage obsolete inventory and discontinued items
- Conduct employee reviews
- Hire and train new office employees as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in e-commerce management
- Motorcycle or automotive knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with excel and google sheets
- Project management skills and highly organized
- Customer service etiquette
- Proficiency in online marketing and social media platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Budgeting skills to manage e-commerce finances effectively
- Experience in team management and supervising staff
- Knowledge of SEO and marketing on Amazon, ebay and google
