About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will serve as a strategic driver for operational excellence by overseeing the integrity of our manufacturing processes and product standards. You will leverage your expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies to minimize defects and foster a culture of high-performance accountability.
Responsibilities-
Design and optimize the plant-wide Quality Management System to ensure alignment with global industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Direct internal and external audit programs, serving as the primary liaison for certification bodies and high-stakes customer evaluations.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as scrap rates and process capability to implement data-driven corrective actions.

Lead cross-functional root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA initiatives to resolve complex quality issues and prevent recurrence.

Mentor and develop the quality engineering and inspection team to enhance technical proficiency and operational efficiency.

Facilitate Lean and Six Sigma projects to drive sustainable improvements in manufacturing output and cost-of-quality metrics.

Collaborate with engineering and supply chain partners to integrate quality requirements into new product introductions and supplier management.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.

7+ years of progressive experience managing quality programs within a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated expertise in quality tools including FMEA, 8D, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

Proven track record of maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar regulatory frameworks.

Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Experience managing quality initiatives for complex, high-volume production lines.

Strong background in coaching teams through organizational change and quality culture development.
