Loving Air is a locally owned, family-run HVAC company serving homeowners and faith-based organizations in our community. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who communicates clearly, solves problems efficiently, and treats every customer with professionalism and care.
This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role that directly impacts customer experience, retention, and company growth.

- Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
- Provide customers with account information, service history, and pricing details
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries promptly
- Process payments, renewals, membership sales, and cancellation requests
- Follow up with customers to retain services and maintain relationships
- Make outbound calls to previous and current customers
- Accurately document calls, notes, and job details in ServiceTitan
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or memberships
- Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
- Represent Loving Air’s core values in every interaction
