Currently hiring candidates to work in our cannabis cultivation facilities. We have both indoor and outdoor grow locations that we are filling. Prior experience in cannabis cultivation is a plus but not required. This job is very physically demanding but rewarding as well.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain cannabis plants in a greenhouse environment, ensuring optimal growth conditions.
- Implement irrigation systems to manage water supply efficiently.
- Monitor plant health, identifying and addressing any issues related to pests or diseases.
- Utilize horticultural techniques to enhance yield and quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in cannabis cultivation and horticulture a plus
- Familiarity with greenhouse operations and maintenance
- Ability to identify various plant species and their needs
- Experience in lawn care, farming, and landscaping
- Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools
- Capability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- Background in agriculture and gardening practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
