Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Therapist (BT) specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients’ developmental goals
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting to foster independence
- Collect and record data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement strategies and behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to develop, review, and update care plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Provide support during home-based sessions, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for clients with disabilities
- Maintain confidentiality by adhering to HIPAA regulations and accurately documenting medical records and therapy notes
Skills
