True Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A Team Drivers for a dedicated operation originating in Seattle, Washington each week.

PAY & MILES
$0.80 CPM – Team Split
With 6,100+ team miles per week, each driver is paid for approximately 3,050+ miles, providing weekly gross earnings of approximately:
$2,440+ PER DRIVER, PER WEEK
Example:
6,100 team miles ÷ 2 drivers = 3,050 paid miles per driver
3,050 miles × $0.80 = $2,440 gross per driver
Actual earnings will vary based on miles driven.

HOME TIME
This dedicated operation originates in Seattle, WA each week.
Home time will vary based on where the driver lives and the route schedule. Drivers who live in or near the Seattle area may have additional home-time opportunities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- 12+ months of recent tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years OR 5 years of experience within the last 10 years
- Acceptable driving and safety record
- Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Willingness to operate as part of a professional driving team
Established teams are preferred, but qualified solo drivers are encouraged to apply. We can assist with team matching.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a tractor-trailer safely as part of a CDL-A driving team
- Run dedicated OTR freight originating from Seattle, WA
- Deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Maintain accurate ELD logs
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Maintain communication with dispatch throughout each trip
