Who We Are
Bright Home ABA is on a mission to change lives — one step at a time. We provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis services to families across the Raleigh-Durham area, and we're just getting started. We're not just building a team; we're creating a community where inclusion, impact, and growth are the norm for our teammates and our clients.
We believe every staff member — with their know-how and their will — should be empowered to do what they do best. Our mission is simple: every staff member feels empowered, every child feels truly seen, and every family feels truly supported.
If you're ready to help shape an in-home ABA company from the ground up, and want to be part of a team that leads with heart, hustle, and high standards, we'd love to talk.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
● Ground-Floor Impact — This isn't a role where you're one of many. As Clinical Director BCBA, your clinical judgment and leadership will directly shape how Bright Home ABA delivers care from day one.
● A Real Growth Path — This role has a defined track toward Director of Clinical Services as we grow. We invest in the people who build with us.
● Flexibility — Part-time or full-time options, with a role structure designed to support real work-life balance.
● Small and Employee-Centric — You'll work directly with leadership, not get lost in a large organization.
Clinical Director BCBA — Job Description
Flexible hours. Competitive pay. The ability to help shape a schedule and a company culture that gives you the work-life balance you deserve. Make a difference — and help build the company that makes it possible.
