We’re expanding our weekend operations and are looking for a Weekend HVAC Installer to join our residential installation team and support growing customer demand.

Install residential HVAC systems according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications

Prepare job sites by staging materials, tools, and equipment

Assist with proper connection, setup, and startup of HVAC equipment

Work collaboratively with lead installers and team members

Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction on every install

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
-
HVAC education or equivalent field experience a plus

Valid driver’s license

Reliable, team‑oriented, and detail‑focused

Able to pass pre‑employment background and drug screening, as permitted by law

Stable, consistent weekend work

Hands‑on experience with quality equipment and processes
