· Oversee and manage the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
· Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets.
· Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
· Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
· Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
· Assist in financial audits and tax filings, coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants.
· Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
· Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliations.
· Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
· Support the development of financial strategies and business decisions.
· Train and mentor accounting staff to ensure professional growth and team efficiency.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
· Bilingual in Chinese.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
· Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong leadership and communication abilities.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
