The Remote Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional support to customers through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels. This role focuses on resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience while working from a home-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional customer support across multiple communication channels.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.

Required Qualifications
