Customer Service Representative – Custom Apparel Shop

Crazy Tees RVA is a fast-growing custom apparel shop located in Richmond, VA. We are a one-stop shop for custom decoration, offering Screen Printing, Embroidery, DTG, DTF, Vinyl, and more. We work with walk-in customers, online orders, nonprofits, schools, brands, and local businesses.
Customer service is at the core of everything we do. To continue delivering a great experience while we grow, we’re looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is the front line of our shop. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries appropriately
- Responding to customer emails and online requests
- Entering and processing customer orders
- Scheduling orders and coordinating timelines
- Communicating clearly with customers regarding artwork, approvals, and expectations
- Working closely with production and graphics to keep orders organized and on track

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Above-average verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Experience in printing, apparel, or production is a plus but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.

Pay & Schedule
- $19–$21per hour, based on experience
- Full-time or Part-time available
- In-person position (Richmond, VA)
