Accounts Receivable Specialist
We're a fast-moving manufacturer looking for a AR Specialist to assist with our collections and billing operations end-to-end. You'll be proactively managing aging.
What you'll do:
- Own the full AR cycle: invoicing, follow-ups, collections.
- Monitor aging reports and escalate problem accounts before they become problems
- Work cross-functionally with sales and ops to resolve billing disputes quickly
- Keep records clean and processes tight
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in AR, billing, or collections
- Someone who's comfortable being persistent — you know how to get paid
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed
- Bonus points if you have experience with manufacturing, EDI, or technical/freight invoicing — but we'll train the right person
