About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will serve as a critical guardian of product integrity, ensuring that every output aligns with rigorous engineering standards. Responsibilities-
Analyze complex blueprints and technical specifications to ensure manufacturing precision.

Execute comprehensive testing and measurement protocols using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM technology.

Drive process optimization by identifying production deviations and recommending actionable adjustments.

Maintain the reliability of measurement tools through systematic calibration and meticulous record-keeping.

Facilitate clear communication regarding inspection outcomes to cross-functional teams to resolve quality discrepancies.

Manage the lifecycle of non-conforming materials to ensure only high-quality products reach the final stage.

Develop proficiency in advanced CMM programming to enhance inspection efficiency and accuracy.

Demonstrated experience in a quality inspection or technical manufacturing role.

Proficiency with precision measurement instrumentation including CMM, calipers, and micrometers.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven results and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of standard quality control testing methodologies.

Competency in MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Professional certification in quality standards such as ISO 9000 or AS9100.
