Tong Sui is one of the most popular dessert and drinks shops in the Bay Area. We are best known for fresh coconut desserts and organic fresh fruit drinks.
Originated from Hong Kong desserts, Tongsui is the only new fusion Asian dessert shop in the Bay Area. Tongsui crafts premium desserts and drinks made fresh in store daily. We source our premium organic ingredients straight from local farms, and we don't add any artificial flavor.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter.
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. milk preference, ice level, sweetness level, toppings).
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
- Communicating with customers in person and via phone and text with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and appealing space for customers and employees, under operations and sanitation and safety rules.
- Communicates and works well with others, and acts maturely and professionally.
- Takes initiative to get work done, and can work independently and as a team.
- Contribute to a positive work environment that makes for both happy employees and happy customers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an applied position is a plus.
- Great attitude and willingness to learn while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Committed to stay employed with us for at least 3 months.
- Must provide a valid social security number/legal documentation to work in the United States & successfully pass a background screening to be considered for hire.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- The ability to speak or read Chinese/Cantonese is a plus but not required.
