Position Overview
This position will start as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance, reliability, and overall fit with the team.
The role is primarily focused on front-of-house operations, including customer service, cashiering, sandwich making, grill work, food prep, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This team member will also be trained as an Assistant Baker and provide backup support for baking operations when needed.
**We're looking for someone who is eager to learn multiple stations, takes initiative, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions
- Prepare sandwiches, breakfast items, and other menu offerings
- Assist with daily food prep and stocking
- Work cashier, sandwich, grill, and prep stations as needed
- Assist with donut production and baking support when needed
- Learn baking procedures to provide backup coverage for the baking team
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Support teammates and help wherever needed during busy periods
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience required
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Ability to learn multiple stations and responsibilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
