Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Laborer/Plastic EZ Dock Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of plastic dock systems, ensuring precise placement and secure assembly according to project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors on various construction projects, contributing to the creation of durable waterfront structures. The ideal candidate is energetic, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and preparation of work sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
- Install plastic EZ Dock systems, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening in accordance with design
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Conduct routine inspections of installed structures for quality control and report any issues promptly
Skills
- Work with a team to install docks at residential and commercial locations
- Must work in all weather conditions
- During peak season there will be overtime
- Occasional overnights as need (1-2/month)
- Operates equipment and machinery in a knowledgeable, safe, and effective manner
- Boat License is preferred
- Driver’s License is required
- Excellent work ethic
